The powder will have to be mixed with water when you want to take it and you will have to follow the dosing instructions provided in the patient leaflet. Alternatively in a pandemic situation where no Tamiflu oral suspension is available you can buy the 75 mg capsules (assuming you weigh more than 40kg), open them up as required and mix the powder with honey.
