PharmaDoctor is operated by FMC Marketing Limited. Set up in 2003, FMC Marketing was the first UK registered company to provide online consultations. Since then FMC Marketing has been in the vanguard of its industry pushing forward new solutions for the online healthcare industry. A requirement of FMC Marketing’s patient healthcare responsibilities regulated by the Care Quality commission, the statement of purpose outlines the aims and objectives of FMC Marketing, the kinds of healthcare services it provides and its legal status. Also required is a patient guide for all customers receiving any medical consultation from Pharmadoctor and FMC Marketing including a terms of conditions and complaints procedure.

While FMC Marketing Limited operate PharmaDoctor and FMC Marketing’s is clinically responsible for the provision of healthcare PharmaDoctor is independent of all other companies operated by FMC Marketing Limited.
